Meeting & Event Spaces

Multiple conference rooms are available to accommodate a wide range of events, from small meetings and trainings to larger community forums and presentations. Rooms may be reserved individually or combined into a larger contiguous space, making them well suited for workshops, board meetings, town halls, informational sessions, and community gatherings.

Room Rental Access & Rate Structure

For qualifying Arlington County community groups and non-profit organizations, the room rental rate is waived during designated evening and early-night hours, enabling cost-free access for after-hours meetings and programs.

Room rentals and parking are offered at the standard rate Monday through Friday before 5:00 PM. This daytime rate remains highly competitive and is generally more affordable than comparable event spaces in the Arlington area.

Included Amenities

Furniture and room setup—including tables, chairs, pre-event configuration, post-event breakdown, and event-related cleaning—are included for community and non-profit use.

Parking is also included for attendees during waived room rental periods, simplifying logistics and improving accessibility.

Audio-Visual & Equipment

Audio-visual services and additional equipment are not included in community or non-profit discounts. A/V services and supplemental equipment are available through two service tiers, allowing event organizers to select the level of technology and equipment that best meets their program needs.

Tier 1 – Basic A/V: Includes a basic A/V setup with multi-purpose video displays, room audio, high-speed Wi-Fi access, and the main podium and microphone. This tier is designed to support standard meetings, trainings, presentations, and community programs with essential presentation and room technology.

Tier 2 – Enhanced A/V & Event Equipment: Builds on the Tier 1 setup with additional presentation and event equipment, including wireless microphones, lapel lavaliers, presentation advancers, a 200 sq. ft. stage, and table coverings. Tier 2 is suited for larger presentations, forums, speaking programs, and events requiring greater production flexibility and presentation support.
