Scope of Work
- A new amenity suite in 4401 Wilson Boulevard (already in progress).
- Updates to the facade of the buildings, including the removal of the covered breezeway.
- An updated conference center and lobby for 4301 Wilson Boulevard.
- An updated lobby for 4401 Wilson Boulevard.
- An updated fitness center at 4401 Wilson Boulevard.
- Updated elevator cabs in both buildings.

What is the capacity for the new amenity suite in 4401 Wilson Boulevard?
The new Amenity Space (which will be ready/available in early 2026) will have 3 conference rooms:
- 1 Medium Room
- This room has a fixed conference table that will seat 10 people
- 2 Large Rooms that will have an Operable Partition to combine the rooms. Additionally, the furniture will allow for different configurations. Below are the various capacities by configuration:
- Each large room (Table): 16
- Each large room (Classroom): 18
- Combined large rooms (Boardroom): 32
- Combined large rooms (Classroom): 40
- Combined large rooms (Lecture): 76 (code maximum)
